A Visitor’s Guide To Pandora The World Of Avatar For All Ages

Presenting our visitor’s guide to Pandora The World of Avatar for all ages. It’s hard to imagine Disney’s Animal Kingdom without Pandora-the World of Avatar, a magical place like no other found in this galaxy and it continues to amaze and delight people of all ages. Here’s why we’ve continued to visit this world like no other and what we’ve learned about the easiest way to enjoy this one-of-a-kind place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World with our visitor’s guide to Pandora The World of Avatar for all ages.
What I found interesting about their reviews was how similar they were. That may not sound interesting, but some of the reviewers were my 24-year-old daughter and my 74-year-old parents, proving that Pandora is a world of wonder for all ages! Flight of Passage was hands down the favorite of them all, but they raved about the entire new land.
The Flight of Passage ride vehicles was described by them both as “motorcycle-like” that encapsulate your legs and body. The picture that formed in my mind was really different from the actual ride vehicles I saw later. They had all compared the experience to Soarin’ so when I saw the ride photos that comparison made more sense! And speaking of senses – prepare to experience Sight, Sound, Smell, and Touch, which will all be aroused during Flight of Passage!
The other attraction in the land of Pandora is the Na’vi River Journey. The beauty of the bioluminescent rainforest was overwhelming to all my reviewers. They also described how peaceful and tranquil the journey was. The music along the journey and the movement of the plants in the rainforest lulled them into a peaceful state that led up to an enchanting surprise at the end!
The attractions were only part of the Pandora experience. I was told the queues were so well done you need to be sure to walk through them more than once to attempt to see it all! The floating mountains and the waterfalls throughout Pandora are beautiful and mesmerizing! Personally, I can’t wait to try the food! And to walk through Pandora at night will be amazing!
Both my parents use ECVs due to various back, knee, and heart issues, so I asked them about experiencing Pandora using their EVCs. They reported no problems accessing either of the attractions. They were able to stay on their EVCs until ready to board the boats at the Na’ vi River Journey. And at Flight of Passage, they only walked a few steps to arrive at their ride vehicle. Also please be aware, Guests for Flight of Passage must be 44 inches in height – so be sure to measure before leaving home to avoid disappointment at the attraction.
We would love to hear about your experiences too! What would you add to our visitor’s guide to Pandora The World of Avatar for all ages?
