If you’re a fan of Girl Scout Cookies-and let’s face it, who isn’t, sometimes you just want to take it up a notch and get a little creative and surprise the family. Now you don’t have to wonder what to do with your Girl Scout Cookies because this Samoa Cookie Parfait is the perfect dessert for everyone as we head into spring and it’s so easy, the only thing you’ll have to worry about is wondering why you didn’t think of this sooner!
Samoas Girl Scout Cookie Parfaits
Prep: 5 minutes Makes: 2 to 3 parfaits
Ingredients:
12 Samoas cookies (more depending on the size of glass)
1 box vanilla pudding (family size)
3 cups of milk
Instructions:
Whisk pudding mix and milk together. Whisk for about 2 minutes until pudding thickens.
Spoon some pudding into the bottom of the parfait cup. Add broken Samoas cookies as the next layer. Layer in more pudding and top off with Samoas cookies.
This is a fantastic way to use the leftover cookies in a nice dessert for after dinner.
