Beach and Pool
Now Amber Puerto Vallarta is perfectly situated on a golden sand beach showcasing infinity views of Banderas Bay and here you will find ample beach chairs and umbrellas just waiting for you. If it’s swimming pools that you’re looking for,
there are three different pools, all with enough chairs and umbrellas to ensure that you don’t have to rush out at sunrise to reserve a chair by the pool. You’ll also find ample pool rafts, volleyball, and a small splash area for the youngest guests.
The Activity Pool is the smallest pool, with shallow water and a basketball hoop. The kids’ pool has a fun, but mild, waterslide and small water jets. Closest to the beach, the angular main pool includes an infinity edge and adjacent hot tub. Clean towels are plentiful. Poolside service is available for drinks.
Although none of the pools at the Now Amber Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa are adults-only, guests without children do have full use of the pools at Secrets.
Explorer’s Club
Kids ages 3 to 12 can enjoy the fully supervised children’s program, operating day and evening. Activities include arts and crafts, weekly campout adventures, poolside movies, sandcastle competitions, and educational programs and games. There truly is something for everyone. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Explorer’s Club offers tons of fun, fully supervised activities – freeing the adults up to have a little fun on their own or simply relax or spend a day of pampering at the spa. The entire Explorer’s Club staff is American Red Cross certified in both CPR and First Aid. A beeper is provided to parents should they be needed for any reason.
