LEGO NINJAGO World And LEGO NINJAGO The Ride Now Open At LEGOLAND in Florida
Today we are on hand for all of the action and fun at the Grand Opening of the all-new LEGO NINJAGO World at LEGOLAND in Florida.
The all new interactive theme park land and ride is filled with several hands-on, outdoor activities where kids can sharpen their ninja skills before the ultimate showdown on LEGO NINJAGO The Ride, a dazzling new attraction that blends 3D computer animation, “4D” effects and groundbreaking technology never seen outside a LEGOLAND theme park.
On hand for the lavish opening ceremony this morning were the Stars of the Netflix Original Series Fuller House, including Jodie Sweetin, Michael Campion, Soni Nicole Bringas, Ashley Liao and Elias Harger, and Mckenna Grace, star of ABC’s Designated Survivor, who demonstrated their best ninja skills before joining the nearly 200 journalists and VIPs.
Each took a turn demonstrating several ninja hand moves that kids and adults alike will b using to fight villains on the state-of-the-art “dark ride” where guests score points while blasting animated fireballs, lightning and more at waves of 3D villains. Joining the festivities were sibling ninja Kai and Nya. In this all new world, in keeping with the LEGOLAND theme that it is indeed a special place built for kids, as well as kids at heart, kids are invited to “become the ninja” in their very own LEGO NINJAGO adventure when they enter the martial arts kingdom inspired by the popular LEGO building sets and the LEGO NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu TV show. Young and young at heart delighted in being the first to board and ride LEGO NINJAGO The Ride taking on not only the virtual bad guys, but also each other.
After the special effects-filled ceremony, the television stars joined social media celebrity stars Eh Bee Family and EvanTubeHD who were there to greet media and excited fans along a red carpet that was located within the lushly landscaped theme park land. Also on hand were the kid hosts of LEGOLAND Florida Resort TV, an exclusive online video series.
