This year EPCOT and Garden 2023 runs from March 1 to July 5 and is an unforgettable experience for all those who attend. One of the biggest highlights of the festival is the collection of more than 20 Disney-inspired topiaries spread throughout the park. These topiaries are created using a variety of natural materials, including plants, flowers, and other materials, to bring beloved Disney characters to life. This year’s festival features new topiaries, including Remy and Emile from Ratatouille, Luca and Alberto from Luca, and Flounder and Sebastian from The Little Mermaid. Visitors to the EPCOT Flower and Garden 2023 can feast their eyes on these stunning topiaries and marvel at the incredible creativity and attention to detail that goes into creating them.

Some of the popular options include The Honey Bee-stro, which offers a variety of dishes made with honey, The Citrus Blossom, which features fresh salads and seafood dishes, and Trowel & Trellis, which serves up vegetarian and vegan options. No matter what your food preferences are, there is something for everyone at the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.
Beyond the topiaries and food, the festival also offers a range of activities that are sure to delight visitors of all ages. One of the highlights is the opportunity to attend workshops, seminars, and presentations on gardening. Visitors can learn about sustainable agriculture, and gardening techniques, and even participate in a scavenger hunt. There is also a butterfly garden where visitors can see hundreds of butterflies in a habitat designed to mimic their natural environment. This is a great opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures and their role in the ecosystem.
For those interested in herbs and spices, the festival’s Urban Spice Garden is a must-visit destination. Here visitors can see a variety of herbs and spices commonly used in cooking and learn about their cultivation and uses.
