- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (butter flavor)
- 3 slices of Canadian bacon, or deli-sliced ham, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- pepper (to taste)
- Green onions for garnish

Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
DIvide the biscuits in half so that there are 16 rounds.
Press biscuit dough rounds into the cupcake pan.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, ham, milk, cheese, and pepper.
Pour into biscuit cups.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until eggs are cooked and biscuits are browned.
Top with chopped green onions and serve.
