Easiest Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe Ever

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir well, and push mixture to the sides of the bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat egg.

Stir milk and oil into the egg.

Pour liquid mixture into the center of the flour mixture. Mix lightly until moistened.

Add chocolate chips. Mix quickly.

Pour batter into muffin pan.

Drop oven temperature to 400 degrees.

Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden in color.
