Weinberger’s Deli

Weinberger's Deli Grapevine

I had the pleasure of sitting with Dan Weinberger, owner of Weinberger’s Deli at dinner one night was lucky enough to spend the evening learning about the art of the sandwich and believe me when I say, it is, in every sense of the word, an art. For instance, did you know that you should never put things like mayonnaise and mustard directly onto the bread when making a sandwich but rather put the meat next to the bread and then the condiments? This prevents the bread from getting soggy. This was just one of the valuable lessons I came home with thanks to Dan. The pride and passion you see and hear in Dan are just as prevalent when you walk into Weinberger’s Deli.Weinberger's Deli Grapevine
