It’s one of those moments that from the second you read the first few words, your breathing stops, the tears begin to roll down your cheeks as you simultaneously find yourself squealing with delight while jumping up and down for joy and all time stands still and ceases to exist.

Dear Gayle, You’re Invited! The 2016 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration is back at the Walt Disney World^® Resort. We cordially invite you to attend this year’s Celebration, taking place May 5-8, 2016.

And then you go back to read it one more time and it slowly starts to sink as you realize that you’ve been invited to the ball and on Mother’s Day Weekend your magic carpet will be whisking you across the country to the most Magical Place On Earth, the Walt Disney World Resort with not one, not two but three Turner generations strong.

Now you might think it couldn’t get any better than that but suddenly the flood gates are unleashed as the next wave of emotion hits you- not only will you be bringing almost all of your children and grandchildren along on the journey but your ultimate Mother’s Day wish of all has just been granted because being at Walt Disney World on Mother’s Day means being with your youngest who has been changing lives there since August as an entertainer with the Disney College Program.

The only people not in shock by all of this-my granddaughters Lyssie and Hailey, who just finished hosting their very own #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate because “Why else would they give us a suitcase and maps to Walt Disney World if they weren’t giving us a trip to go with it? “ Out of the mouths of babes….

The Disney Social Media Moms Celebration is an invitation-only, professional conference for social media-minded moms and dads. Throughout the weekend, there are numerous magical events for you and the family to show off our #DisneySide.

The Celebration includes incredible opportunities to meet, mingle and network with fellow influencers from around the country, be inspired by industry leaders, and participate in family events sprinkled with Disney magic. During the four days, there are dedicated events just for conference attendees as well as fun family events for all registered conference guests.

The Disney Social Media Moms Celebration continues to be one of the most prestigious conferences and one of the few family-friendly events for social media influencers and opinion leaders.  This year’s host hotel will be Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. This grand New England-style lakeside hotel is within walking distance to Epcot and a convenient boat ride to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s also a short walk to unique dining and exciting nightlife on Disney’s Boardwalk.

To say I am excited, thrilled, honored, overwhelmed and so incredibly humbled to be selected for this most magical of conferences for a second time, with my first one being at the Happiest Place On Earth, the Disneyland Resort in 2014, would be the understatement . The Disney Social Media Moms Celebration has quickly become one of the premier events of its kind and one of the only family-friendly conferences for social media influencers and opinion leaders. To be able to be among media-savvy parents and have the chance to learn, network, get inspired, and share inspirations –as well as spend some quality family time together-that is the true meaning of Disney magic at its very best. It also gives me that unique opportunity to finally come together with so many of the incredible friends I have made thanks to this world known as social media and finally meet them in person or be reunited with those I haven’t seen in much too long.

Like everything Disney does, we know that this will be a once in a lifetime experience for each and every one of us starting with many surprises along the way. But even better, to be able to have the opportunity to give my children and grandchildren a lifetime of memories that they will hold in their hearts for many years to come, could there possibly be any better legacy for a mother to hand down to her children and her children’s children?
